Create a Return

We want every TDJ product to reach you safely and beautifully. If you have received a damaged,

defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

How to Create a Return

2. Enter your order number and registered phone number/email.
3. Select the product you want to return.
4. Upload clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
5. Submit your request.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.

Important Return Conditions

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• For damaged products, unboxing video and clear images may be required.
• Return approval is subject to TDJ quality check.
• Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
