Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5–9 working days
- Remote locations: 7–12 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, natural events, or service
restrictions.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pin codes and selected order values. COD availability is
checked at checkout.
Fragile Product Packaging
Many TDJ products are made of glass, ceramic, or delicate materials. We use protective packaging, but
customers are requested to record an unboxing video for fragile products.
Delayed Delivery
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. TDJ will support you with
tracking and follow-up, but courier delays may sometimes happen.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address,
unavailable customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply.
